You say in your article on growing Coriander that it has ill-tasting leaves!?!?! Try harvesting the broader, leaves that first appear on the plant before it bolts to seed. It is fabulous coursely chopped on stir-fried Asian dishes (esp. Thai inspired ones), with mint in Vietnamese salads or in Vietnamese rice paper rolls filled with veges, chicken or prawn. It is even nice as a dip, finely chopped, stired through mashed avocado with a bit of salt, pepper and lemon juice.
