Descrition:
Cheerful, bright-colored flowers bloom from midsummer to fall. East to grow and very productive. Drought tolerant.

Light:
Perfers full sun.

Growth:
An upright plant. Grows 6-36" depending on variety.

Uses:
Very dependable for providing great color in a border or as cut flowers.

Tips:
Grows best in fertile, well-drained soil. Remove spent blooms to promote reblooming. Another form that is highly recommended is Zinnia linearis, a small-flowered type with a tidy 9" habit makes a ideal edging plant for gardens or along paths.
