Description
A coarse perennial plant covered with a whitish down. Crinkled turned down leaves.
How to Grow
Grows well in light soil and withstands full sun and intense heat. A hardy plant but needs protection from harsh winters. Propagate from seed, cuttings, or by division.
When to Pick
Cut leaves and small stems in May before plants bloom.
Use
Old-fashioned horehound candy.
