Description
A spreading, perennial plant forms clumps, grows approx 8 inches in height. Slender leaves and tiny white flowers which form in clusters. A sweet scent is released when crushed.
How to Grow
Thrives in semishade. Should be protected indoors in the winter
When to Pick
Harvest and dry plants in the spring when fragrance is the strongest.
Use
Used in flavoring German May wine and in other drinks.
