Description
A hardy perennial growing 3 to 4 feet. Heart-shaped leaves, green above, gray underneath. Purple flowers.
How to Grow
Plant catnip as a background plant. Grow in sun or shade. Thin plants to 8 to 12 inches apart in rows 3 feet apart. Grow from seed or propagate by division.
When to Pick
Cut and dry the mature leafy tops and leaves.
Use
Used for tea and seasoning.
